In an effort to clean up this website, I inadvertantly deleted all the images. I made this page back before Google Maps satellite view was a thing anyway. I’m leaving the page here with the links.
The following images were found using the USGS and their National Map viewer. The viewer is confusing most of the time but with patience (and the willingness to start over), you can find maps of various types, including aerial photos. Some are better than most, especially the more populated/popular places.
Another resource, although brief, was with the GeoData website. You can find all sorts of information about images that exist, just not the images themselves.
I have also in the past used TerraServer. Their images for Pressman’s Home from the National Map site. Terraserver, in my not so humble opinion, is more user friendly and you can enter in the coordinates to do searches.
