I love my website host. Usually there are little to no problems. The knowlege base rocks, the service is quick-ish and the cost is well within my range.
There was a power outage in LA yesterday. Dreamhost is in LA. Despite having massive UPSs, several honkin’ generators and other such stuff, DreamHost went down.
I was fine with it. I know how you can prepare for the worst and it’s the mosquitos that bit you in the butt.
As of this moment, things are working, just a little slow. I suppose that once all the servers stop burping, it’ll even out.
Hopefully all of my sites will soon be up and running around as usual.
